Stonebridge conference
In 2024, Jai Varambhia, Founder of CL42ITY, designed the conference layout at the Hilton hotel in Birmingham for Stonebridge.
It was a tremendous collective effort to manage such a significant project for the second time, particularly with the participation of renowned sponsors like NatWest, Virgin Money, HSBC, Legal and General, and many others.
We were thrilled to witness comedian Jimmy Carr take the stage alongside our designs during the awards ceremony. Our contributions encompassed:
Collaboratively designing stage layouts for both daytime sessions and evening events
Producing a digital online PDF brochure as a team effort
Crafting the printed brochure collectively
Collaborating on the creation of logos for both the daytime activities and the awards ceremony
Providing support in the design of the trophies as a team
Developing engaging speaker slides collaboratively
Coordinating the design of signage for the conference
Working together to produce advertising and promotional materials
